We want every item you purchase from 1Z 2Z 3Z to fill you with complete joy. However, we know that sometimes buying for little ones is challenging. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please refer to our full policy below:

Merchandise can be returned for store credit only in its original condition with tags attached. We require an original receipt of the items purchased within 30 days of the purchase. All sale items are final. Christmas inventory is final sale. No Price Adjustments. 

When shipping your return, please send your package to our store address. You will receive your store credit by email upon its arrival to us.
